The By Laws of the Kings Point Water Supply Corporation were updated by the Board of Directors in 2018. A Special Members meeting was held to vote on the updated By Laws on November 17, 2018, where the members who were present or submitted absentee ballots voted unanimously to approve the By Laws as amended.
